Muscovado Heaven



Greek yogurt & double cream in equal quantities

Dark muscovado sugar

What to do:

Using individual dishes or one large bowl, slice fruit in to bottom of dish.  Whisk yogurt and cream until thick and then spoon over the fruit.  Sprinkle with the muscovado sugar and chill for at least an hour.  Serve with a thin sweet biscuit.

As an alternative use demerara sugar evenly over the top and pop under the grill until the sugar starts to bubble and you have a strawberry brulee!
